A+ STORAGE OPENS NEW LOCATION IN THE GULCH
Site at 911 Division St. convenient to several businesses

May 19, 2008 (Nashville, TN) – Nashville based A+ Storage announces today the opening of its newest self storage facility near downtown Nashville in The Gulch. Located at 911 Division St., this signature project offers more than 600 multi-sized, climate controlled storage units and 60 parking spaces. The facility serves Downtown, the West End area, Midtown, the 12th South District and surrounding residences.
This development is a unique architectural transformation of a former warehouse and also provides Class A offices in front. The “prairie style” offices serve as the A+ Storage corporate headquarters and offers additional offices for lease. The design is being submitted for consideration to the Self Storage Association for national facility of the year.
“We are excited about the revitalization of the whole area with growth going on in every direction,” says Tommy Pierce, the President of A+ Storage. “From the 440 corridor to Germantown, including Vandy and the hospital district, new projects are opening up and we are thrilled to be part of it.”
Landmark condominium developments the Terrazzo, Icon and Velocity are within a short walk of the facility, and the Rhythm, Encore, Bristol and Adelicia are in close proximity.
“I, along with my partners Tim Stone and John Griffin, wanted to find a location that would be convenient to all of these areas, and we are looking forward to providing self storage for both the commercial and residential community,” Pierce said.
“We are very proud of what we’ve built here in The Gulch,” Stone said.
A+ Storage is currently located in other markets in Nashville including, Franklin, Hermitage, Gallatin, Murfreesboro, Spring Hill and now on Division St. in The Gulch. They are also opening new sites this summer in Nolensville, La Vergne, and Hendersonville.
